Valid until date stated on voucher/gift card.
Not transferable.
Valid for a single transaction.
Not replaceable if lost.
Cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, or credit.

DISCOUNT / PROMOTIONAL CODES

One promotional / discount code per person, per transaction.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to add a discount or promotional code retrospectively. Free gifts are unable to be sent out if a code has not been applied to the order.

Please note that if a purchased item valid for the free gift is returned, you are no longer eligible for the gift with purchase and it must be returned along with your purchase unopened and unused and in the original package. If the free gift is not returned or has been used, the amount of the gift will be deducted from any store credit or refund processed.
